The website should be inspired by https://www.safeguardhousing.co.uk/#home, but simplified and tailored to a more focused mission.
The structure should be a one-page layout with a top navigation bar that scrolls to sections:
Home – Clear, powerful headline about safe, stable housing for DA survivors and the homeless. Include a call-to-action button (“Make a Referral”).
Who We Help – Brief section explaining the two key groups: Domestic Abuse Survivors and Homeless Individuals. Mention that we provide emergency placements, long-term supported housing, and trauma-informed care.
Our Properties – Showcase the types of properties we offer (e.g., shared housing, self-contained units where possible, women-only spaces, safety-focused design).
Referral Process – Explain how referral agents can easily refer people. Mention speed, low admin burden, and confidentiality. Add a button to “Refer Now.”
About Us – Brief mission statement, inspired by words like hope, dignity, and security. Possibly include a reference to the founder’s personal story or inspiration.
